Welke persoonlijke data houden we bij en waarom

Om onze interventies te plannen, gebruiken we uw contactgegevens: naam, adres en e-mailadres en telefoonnummer. Indien u BTW plichtig bent, houden we ook uw ondernemingsgevevens bij. Deze gegevens worden enkel gebruikt voor facturatie en planning. De gegevens zullen niet voor marketingdoeleinden gebruikt worden. PC Services doet geen gepersonaliseerde marketing, niet per post en ook niet per mail.

Wachtwoorden

PC Services heeft regelmatig wachtwoorden nodig bij interventies. Deze worden nooit bijgehouden, tenzij u hierom uitdrukkelijk toestemming geeft. Het bijhouden van wachtwoorden kan interventies makkelijker maken, maar wij houden deze dus niet bij, die verantwoordelijkheid ligt bij de klant. We kunnen u wel helpen om deze handiger te beheren.

Bij een online afspraak vragen we om bepaalde gegevens verplicht in te geven. Deze worden enkel gebruikt bij de planning.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
